SoldToday.ca operates in full compliance with the Real Estate Services Act (RESA) and the rules of the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) .

We believe that financial arrangements should never be hidden. As a material fact that may influence your decision-making, we commit to the following:

  1. Mandatory Disclosure: Any referral fee paid or received by SoldToday.ca in connection with your transaction will be disclosed to you in writing prior to closing, using the prescribed BCFSA Disclosure of Remuneration forms .

  2. Source & Amount: You will always know the source of any referral payment and the exact amount (or method of calculation) we expect to receive .

  3. Strict Compliance: All referral fees are processed through our brokerage trust account, never directly to an individual, ensuring full auditability and adherence to BCFSA record-keeping requirements .

For Our Partners (Immigration Professionals & Referral Sources):

If you are an unlicensed referral partner (such as an immigration consultancy), you are entitled to receive a referral fee only if the referral is incidental to your main business and you do not engage in soliciting clients for real estate services . SoldToday.ca ensures all partnership agreements strictly adhere to Section 66 of the Real Estate Services Rules regarding payments to unlicensed persons.
