We offer two flexible commission plans tailored to your needs.
Plan A
MLS Listing Contract Duration: 6 months
Commission: Negotiable
Services Included: Full-service home sale support, including open houses and viewing appointments.
No Sale, No Fee: If your property doesn’t sell within 6 months, you pay no fees.
Successful Sale: Upon a successful sale, a $550 CAD administrative fee will be deducted from the commission.
Strata Property Fees: If your property is a strata property, you will be responsible for the document ordering fee.
Plan B
MLS Listing Contract Duration: 3 months
Commission: Based on the BC Standard Commission Structure
No Sale, No Fee: If your property doesn’t sell within 3 months, you pay no fees.
Successful Sale: No $550 CAD administrative fee will be applied.
Strata Property Fees: For strata properties, sellers will not be required to reimburse document ordering fees.
Additional Information
Residential Properties Only: These plans are exclusively for residential properties.
Early Contract Termination: You may terminate the listing contract at any time without any fees. (For strata properties, only the document ordering fee will apply.)
Buyer’s Agent Commission: The seller is responsible for paying the buyer’s agent’s commission in accordance with BC’s standard commission rates:
7% on the first $100,000 CAD of the sale price.
2.5% on the remaining balance.
The commission is typically split as follows:
53.5% to the seller’s agent
46.5% to the buyer’s agent
