Occupying an entire city block between Gateway and City Centre SkyTrain stations, Piano is a new residential development in Surrey, BC by Concord Pacific. This is Concord’s second major development within Surrey City Centre. Consisting of two terraced high rise buildings of 33 and 40 storeys, Piano will offer a selection of 978 condominiums, ranging from studios the 3-bedrooms, and 36 two-storey, street-facing townhomes. Over 50,000 sq ft of amenities are organized around a large landscaped courtyard on the podium roof and two rooftop terraces on the 19th floor of each tower. Four levels of underground parking will accommodate 1,217 bicycles and 1,071 vehicles. All resident parking will include an electric vehicle charger.
